To some of our customers it is second nature to turn to Moody

From receipt of packaging on site, dry storage, debagging,
inverting, filling, guarding systems, induction heat sealing,
labelling, to end of line packing and palletizing, we can
supply the complete service.
Moody Systems specialize in rapid turn around projects for
the dairy, food and beverage industries with minimum disruption
to production. As with our processing equipment, we can supply
new or used mechanical handling equipment, and we can incorporate
existing equipment into a new line.
Moody Systems have developed a range of conveyors, which typically
feature 'Superflex Slatband', from Uni Chain with a low friction
acetal chain. It is readily and easily removed from the conveyor
section for easy cleaning. Other conveyor systems are available
such as belt conveyors, gravity rollers, powered roller conveyors,
and rope conveyors to name but a few.
Moody Systems also supply and install labelling machines,
heat seal machines, date coders and fillers, and are a Fogg
filler agent, but we can supply other makes of fillers such
as Federal, Dawson, and Filmatic, either new or refurbished.
All equipment is installed and commissioned by Moody Systems
trained engineers, with our full guarantee, and the support
of spare part supply and service.
