A specialist in the design and supply of industrial control systems has
been brought
on board the Moody team with the aim of developing the
in-house expertise and building a division offering customers first class turnkey solutions.
Moody Automation has been created following
the acquisition of a company it had been working
with for over a decade -
a specialist company with
over 13 years experience in the food and other
industries. The company's founder Nigel Russell
now heads up Moody Automation, bringing his
expertise to the Moody Group in return for the
opportunity to develop the service and reach
out to a wider customer base.
Specialising in the design, manufacture and
commissioning of integrated solutions for the
control and monitoring of process plant,
Moody
Automation enables the group to work more
effectively as a quality team on turnkey solutions
from the very start of a project.
Nigel believes the development will have positive
implications for Moody's existing and future
customers.
"Providing in-house support and know-how makes our team
more competitive and brings added value to our service offer,
especially
in terms of turnkey solutions," he explains.
However, as well as being the last piece in
the Moody jigsaw,
the company is attracting customers interested in a standalone
service.
"We are keen to demonstrate our commitment and ability to
delivering innovative solutions. With our market experience and
knowledge, we are aiming to become
a top choice for
manufacturers who are seeking performance improvements,"
Nigel adds.
For both turnkey and standalone solutions, the company offers
commissioning
and on-site training for staff, including a fully
documented and working system
prior to Moody personnel
leaving site.
